In an 1898 building on Ballard Avenue, Percy's & Co. mixes herb-infused cocktails and serves Southern food, with a heated, covered patio out back. Co-owners Jeff Ofelt and Wade Weigel restored the building in 2013. Monday to Friday, 4pm to 7pm, the house cocktails are $6 or $7, frites are $4, and catfish tacos and pulled pork sliders are $5.
