Open every day since 2006, Liberty is a cocktail bar on 15th Avenue East in Capitol Hill that also serves sushi and keeps a back room for reservations. Monday to Friday from noon to 5pm, and 3pm to 5pm on weekends, Rainier bottles and PBR drafts are $3, wines by the glass $6, and a classic old fashioned or daiquiri $10.
