Rontoms, a 21-and-over bar with a kitchen and a patio on East Burnside Street, seats everyone first come, first served. Every day from 3pm to 6:30pm, draughts, house wines and wells are $1 off, and plates such as chicken liver mousse and baked mac and cheese cost $10.
