The Sapphire Hotel pours cocktails and serves small plates on SE Hawthorne Boulevard in Southeast Portland, at tables inside and out, and takes no reservations. From 10pm until close every night, PBR tall cans are $3, well drinks $6, and draft beer and wine by the glass come $1 off, with warm olives, house pickles and soup at $5. Last call is 11:30pm.
