Paul Qui, the Top Chef season 9 winner, runs this Japanese handroll counter on South Lamar Boulevard, where each roll is built to order in front of diners. Tuna Time, daily from 4pm to 5:30pm, takes 50% off most handrolls, crudos and frozen drinks, with miso soup at $2 and wine pours at $7. The same deals come back late: 9pm to 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 10pm to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
