Jose Garces conceived Village Whiskey, on South 20th Street near Rittenhouse Square, as an after-shift bar for his kitchen crew, and it stocks more than 200 whiskeys around a central bar. Sunday to Friday, 4pm to 6pm, sliders, fried pickles and 60 Minute IPA drafts are $5, while old fashioneds and Kentucky mules are $7.
