Under the Reading Viaduct at 11th and Callowhill, this whiskey bar spins soul and funk on vinyl and has its own go-go troupe, open Thursday to Saturday only. On those nights, 5pm to 8pm brings $9 whiskey sours, $7 well drinks and $2 off drafts, and 10pm to 11pm brings $5 Love City Lager. Of 45 other Philadelphia happy hours on file, 44 end before 8pm.
