At 18th and Lombard in Rittenhouse, SouthGate is a bar and restaurant with a patio and pork bao on the happy hour menu at $3.50. The hours shift through the week: Tuesday to Thursday 4pm to 6:30pm, Friday 4pm to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 6pm. None of the six other Rittenhouse Square happy hours on file starts as early as that weekend 2pm.
