A whiskey bar on East Girard Avenue, with a patio, whose happy hour comes late: Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11pm to midnight. In that hour an Old Fashioned, Negroni or Moscow Mule is $7, drafts are $1 off, and cheesesteak empanadas and jalapeno bacon sliders are $5 each.
