Everything is plant-based at Bar Bombón, Nicole Marquis's vegan Puerto Rican bar and restaurant on South 18th Street near Rittenhouse Square. Wednesday gets one hour, 5pm to 6pm, Thursday and Friday get 3pm to 6pm, and a night round runs from 9pm to 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Philly steak empanadas are $6 each, select beers $6 and La Clasica margaritas $10.
