Twenty-four TVs on two floors, a rooftop lounge and retro arcade games are part of Pilot House, a sports bar and grill in the Arverne by the Sea development on Beach 69th Street in the Rockaways. Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 6pm, and Friday, 5pm to 7pm, draft beers are $5, wine $6 and wells $8, and Fridays add an oyster happy hour.
