Gavin Covey's East Village seafood bar on First Avenue pairs New York craft beer with oysters, clams and fish bought fresh in the Bronx. Every day from 5pm to 7pm, six oysters and a craft draft cost $12 together. Only 31 of 100 other Manhattan happy hours on file also run all seven days, and none run more.
