Ten floors up in the Starrett-Lehigh Building in Chelsea, Crew's seafood restaurant splits into an Art Deco dining room and an outdoor terrace facing the Hudson, with oysters, lobster and fish from Montauk on the menu. Every day from 3pm to 6pm, oysters are $1 each and cocktails are $10.
