Catfish strips, cornbread and mac and cheese are on the happy hour menu at The Nephew Supper Club, a Harlem restaurant and bar on West 119th Street with a patio. Tuesday to Friday, 4pm to 7pm, those plates are $10 to $12, cocktails such as the Ruby Dee and classic margarita are $12, and sangria and well drinks $10. A cocktails-only round returns Friday and Saturday from 10pm to 1am.
