Since 2006, Nurse Bettie has kept a 1950s pinup theme on Norfolk Street on the Lower East Side, pouring martinis and mocktails and booking burlesque shows. Weekdays from 4pm to 7pm and weekends from 2pm to 7pm, well drinks and beer are $6 and a cucumber vodka soda $8. None of 97 other Manhattan happy hours on file starts earlier than that weekend 2pm.
