Bartender Nico de Soto and Greg Boehm opened Mace in 2015, and the cocktail bar, now on West 8th Street in Greenwich Village, builds its seasonal menus around spices such as cardamom, saffron and pandan. Weekdays from opening until 7pm, the bar has happy hour cocktails, market oysters at $2 apiece (six minimum) and coconut chicken satay at $13.50.
