An Upper East Side brasserie on Second Avenue near 88th Street, with a patio and room for groups. From Tuesday to Saturday, drinks are discounted 5pm to 8pm and food 5pm to 7pm: beers $7, wines by the glass $10, truffle fries $8. Only one of the 99 other Manhattan happy hours we track runs past 8pm.
