Carlos and Markisha Swepson, a married couple, run BLVD Bistro, a soul food restaurant on Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem that reopened there in July 2019. Noon to 7pm on weekdays, beer is $7, sangria $10 and the Sistah'rita $12. The menu includes jumbo shrimp and grits and a double-cut pork chop, and there is a chef's table with its own menu.
