Hell's Kitchen's Blue pairs an oyster bar with Mediterranean small plates, crudo and brick-oven pizza on Ninth Avenue at 56th Street. Every day from 4pm to 7pm, and again from 10pm to close at the bar, select oysters are $2, well mixed drinks $5 and happy hour wines $8 a glass. Clams at $1.50 each, minimum six, are on the early list only.
