Three floors on Third Avenue in Murray Hill make up Bella Union, an American saloon with a main bar, a mezzanine bar and a roof that looks at the Empire State Building. Monday to Friday, 4pm to 8pm, cans and bottles are $5 or $6 and drafts $7, while wines and well drinks are $8. Espresso martinis are $5 on Tuesdays everywhere but the roof.
