Pouring on East Broadway since 1916, this bar has been owned since 2006 by New Orleans native Charles Hanson and has a leopard-print pool table and a backyard. Happy hour runs every day, 2pm to 7pm, with $2 off liquor drinks except well shots, $1 off beer and a $2 well shot with any beer. None of 97 other Manhattan happy hours on file starts earlier.
