OTB, a Southside Williamsburg bar on Broadway with a patio, has two happy hours: weeknights 4pm to 6pm and weekends noon to 4pm. Both bring a half dozen oysters or a cheap beer and a shot for $9, a $10 cheeseburger and $10 Aperol spritzes. The weekend window closes at 4pm, earlier than 35 of 36 other Brooklyn happy hours on file.
