Park Slope's Bar Louise, on Seventh Avenue, pairs natural wine and seasonal cocktails with small plates such as meatballs and deviled eggs. Tuesday to Friday, 3:30pm to 5:30pm, martinis drop to $14, house wines to $10 and wine flights to $18. Mondays are happy hour all day, with oysters at $1.50.
