The Village has served Italian-American food from an old building at 71 West Monroe in the Loop since 1927, and the same family is now four generations in. On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 4pm to 6pm the bar pours Peroni, sangria and prosecco at $5 each. Thursday is different: martinis are $8 from noon to 4pm.
