Down a level on West Washington Boulevard in the West Loop, this wine and cocktail bar runs an open kitchen with a short menu of familiar plates. Tuesday to Thursday, 4pm to 6pm, oysters are $2, cocktails $8 and wine $10. The room is dark on Mondays and opens at 11am on Sundays.
