Thirteen floors up on the roof of Hotel Lincoln on North Clark Street, with about 140 outdoor seats looking out over Lake Michigan and the skyline. Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to 6pm, Modelo, Stella and Michelob Ultra are $4, pinot grigio or pinot noir $8, and espresso or classic martinis and Old Fashioneds $10. From the kitchen, chips and dip go for $8 and tuna nachos for $12.
