Sushi-san's River North flagship at 63 W. Grand Ave pairs sushi and binchotan-grilled meats with old-school hip-hop on the speakers. Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 6pm, and Friday to Sunday from 3pm to 5pm, Asahi drafts are $5, sake and wine $6, cocktails $10 and snacks $6. The Japanese whisky list runs to 182 bottles.
