Chefs Sujan Sarkar and Sahil Sethi, the pair behind Indienne, cook Middle Eastern mezze and larger plates over a wood and charcoal hearth at Sifr, on Orleans Street in River North. At the bar, Monday to Friday from 5pm to 6pm, falafel, hummus with pita and manoushe are $6, house beer is $5 and three house cocktails are $8. Bottles of wine go half off on Mondays.
