Glass walls face the Chicago River at RPM Seafood, the RPM group's fish and steak restaurant on Clark Street in River North, which also has a riverside patio and two second-floor terraces. At the bar on weekdays, 4pm to 5:30pm, select cocktails and wines by the glass are $10 and select beers and zero-proof drinks $5, with bar food such as yellowfin tuna crispy rice and a prime steakburger.
