A steakhouse on West Maple Street in the Gold Coast, cooking over a hearth, with a patio and an upstairs bar and lounge. Tower Hour is served in the bar and lounge every day until 6pm, starting at 5pm Sunday to Thursday and 4:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. A fire-roasted tower of clams, scallops, tiger prawns and king crab is $45, and house wine, martinis and old fashioneds are $15.
