A River North rooftop lounge on top of the Godfrey Hotel, with an outdoor terrace and room for groups. Happy hour runs Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 5pm, and Friday from noon to 3pm. Frosé is $8 a glass and appetizers half off. Of 19 other River North happy hours on file, none start earlier than 2pm.
