Inkwell is a craft cocktail bar on West Lake Street in the Fulton Market District, with a sister bar in Omaha and a drinks list run by owner Tyler Schaeffer, a certified sommelier. On weekdays from opening until 6pm, bar mix and olives are $5 each and classic cocktails and house wine come down in price. Charcuterie and caviar service fill out the food side.
