Frog legs are the house signature at Hugo's Frog Bar & Fish House, a seafood and steak room on Rush Street in the Gold Coast, open since 1997 next door to its sibling, Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse. Sunday to Thursday, 3pm to 6pm, in the bar, oysters and bottles of wine are half price. Upstairs, one booth is built from Winston Churchill's former private elevator.
