For more than 50 years Fireplace Inn has smoked baby back ribs on North Wells Street in Old Town, with burgers, pasta and seafood alongside and a balcony above the bar. Wednesday to Friday, 4:30pm to 6:30pm (it's closed Monday and Tuesday), the beer of the month is $5, well liquor is $7 and appetizers are 25% off.
