With 1940s decor, a pool table and sports on TV, Fat Cat is a comfort-food bar on North Broadway in Uptown. Happy hour is Wednesday and Thursday, 4pm to 7pm: Wednesday means $7 Manhattans, Old Fashioneds and Kentucky Mules, and Thursday switches to $7 select martinis. Neither applies on concert nights or holidays. Only 2 of 129 other Chicago happy hours on file end later than 7pm.
