Chef Soo Ahn, a Top Chef alum, runs this modern Italian restaurant on North State Street in the Gold Coast, known for handmade pasta and a speakeasy-style bar called Rose Lounge. Weekdays from 4pm to 7pm, at the bar and on the patio only, there is a $9 drinks and bites list, the $19 Adalina Kiss (martini or Aperol spritz with parmesan fries and a sandwich) and $15 Perrier-Jouet with a caviar bump.
