Happy hour has been legal in Oklahoma since the 2018 overhaul of its alcohol laws. Bars can run specials at any hour, as long as prices stay above the legal floor over cost and the deal is open to everyone.

The rules

Drink specials are allowed at any hour of any day, but drinks may not be priced below the statutory markup over the bar's cost.

No unlimited drinks for a fixed price except at private functions, and no lower prices for one group than the general public pays that day.
