Nebraska has no state limit on when or how long a bar can discount drinks. Bottomless drinks and two-or-more-drinks-for-one-price deals are banned, but the price of a single drink is left to the bar.

The rules

  1. No unlimited drinks for a set price, and no selling two or more drinks to one person for one price.
