Happy hour has been legal in Kansas since 2012, and drink prices can change during the day. Bars cannot give drinks away, sell below cost or sell unlimited drinks for a fixed price.

The rules

  1. Individual drinks may be sold at different prices during the day.

  2. No free drinks, no drinks below cost, and no unlimited drinks for a fixed price except at private functions.
