Florida has no state law limiting happy hour or drink specials. Hours of sale are set by counties and cities, which can also make their own rules.

The rules

  1. The state Beverage Law sets no limit on drink discounts. Sales are barred from midnight to 7 a.m. unless a county or city ordinance says otherwise.
