Happy hour is allowed in Delaware with no limits on hours, but two-for-one deals, all-you-can-drink deals and selling below cost are not allowed.

No offering or selling two or more drinks for the regular price of one.

No unlimited drinking for a set price, except caterers and invitation-only private functions.

Drinks may not be sold for less than the seller's cost.
