Happy hour is allowed in Arkansas with no limits on hours, but two drinks for the price of one and unlimited drinks for a flat fee are not allowed, and bars cannot advertise free drinks.

The rules

  1. No serving or advertising drinks on a two-or-more-for-the-price-of-one basis, and no unlimited drinks for a flat fee or cover charge.

  2. Bars may not advertise that drinks will be given away.
