Alaska happy hour laws
Happy hour is banned in Alaska. A bar has to charge the same price for a drink across any seven-day stretch, so short-term drink discounts are not allowed.

The rules
-
Drinks may not be sold for less than the price regularly charged during a consecutive seven-day period, except at private functions.
-
No selling drinks to one person or group for less than the general public pays that day.
-
No free drinks as a marketing device, and no unlimited drinks for a fixed price.
Happy hour in Alaska
Bars in Alaska can't discount drinks for part of the day, so there are no happy hour windows to list. What venues tend to offer instead is food specials and a lower everyday price on drinks.
