Fifth Group, the Atlanta restaurant company, runs Ela as a Mediterranean small-plates spot with a patio on North Highland Avenue in Virginia-Highland. On Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 5pm the happy hour menu has house wine at $6, Imperial Lager at $4 and cauliflower falafel at $8. The kitchen draws on Greek, Turkish, Moroccan and Israeli cooking and makes its own bread.
