Three garden patios and about 50 bottles of wine make Lulu's Wine Garden, on 11th Street NW near U Street, a backyard-style wine bar, owned by Paul and Brittany Carlson with southwestern plates from chef Cable Smith. Its Golden Hour (Tuesday to Thursday 5pm to 7pm, Friday 4pm to 6pm, Sunday 3pm to 8pm) sets every wine at $10 a glass or $39 a bottle and the Casa Marg at $9.
