Low prices and long happy hours define The Blaguard, a sports and neighborhood bar on 18th Street in Adams Morgan. From 5pm to 8pm on weekdays other than Wednesday, Bud Light, Natty Boh and PBR are $4 while premium drafts, rails and a half-dozen wings are $5 each. Wednesday's version stretches to 10pm.
