Chef Alex Seidel opened Mercantile inside Denver Union Station in 2014, running it as a café by day and a restaurant at night. Its café happy hour, Monday to Friday from 2pm to 5pm, puts Coors Banquet at $5 ($7 with a well shot), wine by the glass at $8 and a bar board at $15. No other Denver happy hour on file starts earlier.
