Cow Hollow's Brixton has been on Union Street since 2010, a gastropub with a fireplace, leather banquettes, a sidewalk patio and a red neon sign out front. Tuesday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm, and from 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays, draft beers are $7 while wine by the glass and cocktails are $10. That weekend 3pm start is earlier than 18 of 29 other San Francisco happy hours on file.
