Sugar Lounge took over the old Hayes on Vine wine bar in 2004 and made it a cocktail lounge on Hayes Street, a short walk from SFJAZZ and the opera house, with couches up front and no kitchen. Happy hour runs every day from 4pm to 7:30pm, with tap beers from $5, bottles from $4, cocktails from $8 and martinis from $9.
