A cheap Lower Nob Hill cocktail lounge, good for groups. Happy hour runs every day: Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 7pm. Cans of beer are $3, wine $7, Champagne and old fashioneds $8, mojitos and margaritas $9. The 1pm weekend start is earlier than any of the 29 other San Francisco happy hours on file.
